COBI Armed Forces BMP-1 (East German/Soviet) 1:35 Scale

The BMP-1 is a Soviet infantry fighting vehicle introduced into service in 1966. Designed as the first mass-produced vehicle of its type, it combined mobility, amphibious capabilities and stronger armament than previous transporters. The BMP-1 became a widely exported vehicle and for decades formed the backbone of many mechanized formations. In addition to the USSR, licenses for its production were purchased by Czechoslovakia and Romania. Vehicles of this type were also used by, among others, the Polish, Iraqi, Greek armies and the National People's Army of the GDR.
